What is the difference between programs?

  • Perfect for beginners, our Novice All-Star Cheer Program is designed for athletes who are new to competitive cheerleading. This program introduces the fundamentals of stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance in a supportive and fun team environment. Athletes will build confidence, improve their skills, and gain performance experience by participating in local competitions with a focus on growth and teamwork over trophies.

No experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! This is the perfect first step into the exciting world of All-Star cheer.

  • Our Prep All-Star Cheer Team is the ideal next step for athletes ready to take their skills to the next level without the full commitment of a traditional All-Star team. This program offers more advanced training in stunts, tumbling, jumps, and choreography while still maintaining a fun, team-focused environment.

Prep athletes perform full routines and compete at regional events, gaining valuable experience and confidence on the mat. With a shorter season and lower time and financial commitment, this is a great option for athletes looking to grow in the sport while balancing other activities.

Perfect for athletes with some cheer or tumbling experience who are excited to challenge themselves and be part of a competitive team!

  • Our Elite All-Star Teams are the pinnacle of competitive cheer at Cheer One. Designed for experienced and dedicated athletes, these teams train at an advanced level in stunting, tumbling, jumps, and choreography. Elite athletes commit to a rigorous practice schedule and travel to compete at high-level regional and national events.

With a strong focus on skill mastery, teamwork, and performance excellence, our Elite program is perfect for athletes who are passionate about the sport and ready to push themselves to compete among the best.

If you’re looking for a highly competitive, goal-driven cheer experience, Elite is where you belong.
